HomeARTISTSDAI QING Introduction
Dai Qing began active in the art field in Shanghai and Beijing since 2006.  He is adept at using the heavy quality and rough line of oils to express images between abstract and concrete.  His strokes are strong and wild with bold colors, his works are seldom limited by theme or style and revealing a sense of reality.  The subject—human faces, an image most familiar to everyone’s life, is his frequent theme.  He smears the portrait of each one.  As once he said “Let it comes naturally.”  Actually, each of his work is a presentation of willfulness and rebellion of his own, an outcome of artist’s subconscious.  His expressionism works are exhibited in art associations for several times such as the 456 Gallery in New York, Xiao Ping Gallery in Beijing, and St. Jacobs Gallery in London.
