Wu Yong-Qin, present professor of Chang-Yong University, Department of Fine Art, has been painting oils for more than three decades, winning art prizes for times and is quite acknowledged in art field.  He seeks inspiration and themes through normal daily lives.  By contentious thinking and introspection, he explores a magnificent style in tradition and from demonstration of technique, searching a deeper and over passing inside.  He once said: a great work must be rich in its inner meaning so that it can be called art spirit.  As for the rich inner meaning, it must be: 1. Created according to life; 2. Features the essence of the time and art; 3. A realization of self style; 4. Created by humanism or liberal spirit.  From this, Wu’s point of view in creation “Art for live, see trueness in ordinary.” explains the artist.
